At Arletta The Friendly Trader Shop, every item is made to order with care. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at atftshop@gmail.com or through our contact form. We’ll review the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement.
Once your order has shipped, The Arletta The Friendly Trader Shop is not responsible for items in transit. A tracking number will be provided with your shipment so you can monitor delivery and contact the carrier directly for any transit-related concerns.
